I have been doing some research in different methods of ascension and I was wondering if any one of the Mature and Experinced section of our wonderful ministry could provide some feed back about a theory I have.
Since the front, back, and the side extentions of your chakras are
"extenstions" of your main central chakras, could you not direct your Kundalini straight up through your main central chakras - in turn, empowering all of your chakra extenstions with kundalini energy as well since they are connected to the central chakras?
