October 2015. I imagine fire coming into me from all sides. I imagine fire coming up from the earth through my body, and out the head. I imagine each of my chakras are on fire, all the way up the spine and down the front of the body. My hands start getting hot. My feet start getting warm. I start to feel my body muscles twitching in a few isolated spots. I go to bed. While (mostly) asleep, I feel a HOT surge up the first and second chakras on the spine. It is one of those "think fast" scenarios. Waking up saved me there. I hurt like hell. LITERALLY!So I learned from it. A coupe of nights later, after doing this for a while, I went to bed and visualized the life force (white'gold) light coming down through the top of my head, into my body. I woke up a few minutes later with a nice BLISS sensation up the front of my body. I was semi conscious at first (lucid dreaming). Then woke up. Not unbearable bliss. Just nice.Late December 2015. Sitting in the chair, visualizing the fire element coming up from the earth into my feet, body, and aura several feet outside of my body. I started feeling a bearable mix of HOT/COLD in my feet and lower legs up to my knees. Is that the Ida/cold/water and Pingala/hot/fire mix in perfect balance? It seemed equally hot/cold. Nice feeling.This is what I have done and the consequences. Also I keep sensing my energy or a presence around me, coming into the car, house, and such when I run energy a lot. Assuming it is just my energy, but, not sure.Also, while listening to songs like Could it be Magic by Barry Manilow, and other high energy, power songs, I will run the fire energy through me and vibrate the chakras and the mantra EA. E on the front of the body and A on the spine in back of the body, as Maxine indicated. EA is another name for Satan.I really get jacked up. The feeling is addicting. Actually I go a little overkill on the body at times. I like the bliss.Days are getting longer as well. So more sunlight, longer hours of sunlight, means more energy in the earth. And Maybe more intense sudden experiences. And likely a need to use a little more caution and pay more attention to what sensations occur in my body, mind, emotions, etc.Helps rev me up before a reverse torah ritual.
