After a couple of weeks and a few days of mainly using the short forms for a daily chakra program, and after several years of the Sumerian ones. I find these to be more powerful which is quite telling for me considering how powerful the Sumerian ones are. It also seems to me the use of the full mantra for the chakra has more charge behind it then the shorter form, but the shorter form is also powerful.

Try it out and see. The only thing to watch out for is after such extreme energy, you have to maintain that energy. In other words, don't ever allow your energy to drop, if you can help it. This is very difficult, I know. Just make sure you continue the meditation the next day and never skip any days, as working with this amount of energy is a bit different from most other meditations. Just wait until you get about half-way through the square's working, if you think this is powerful now.
Also, the mantras can be shortened if you are doing the full chakra meditation:
Sun/3rd chakra: AUM SURYAE [NAMA or SVAHA]
Moon/6th chakra [third eye]: AUM CHANDRAMASE [NAMA or SVAHA]
Mercury/throat chakra: AUM BUDHAAYA [NAMA or SVAHA]
Venus/heart chakra: AUM SHUKRAYA [NAMA or SVAHA]
Mars/2nd chakra: AUM BHAUMAYA [NAMA or SVAHA]
Jupiter/crown chakra: AUM GURUAVE [NAMA or SVAHA]
Saturn/1st chakra: AUM SHANISWARA [NAMA or SVAHA]
Another thing I want to add is that the names of our Gods can be found in Sanskrit and these pre-date the Egyptian and Sumerian names. I still have research to do, but for example, Astaroth aka Ishtar [correct pronunciation ASHTAROTH] means 8 in Sanskrit and also her entire name is of the 8 division Satanic wheel of the year. Tarot is an anagram of 'rotar' which means wheel. This takes much knowledge and deep research, but the equinoxes and solstices are not just for celebrations. They are very auspicious and important dates for performing the magnum opus. The Tarot has hidden instructions on this. The ancient decks, many of these had what is known as the 'Yoni' symbol - the rods and the swords suits are in the shape of a yoni, which is a vagina. The xians took this symbol and perverted it like everything else, turning it on its side into that annoying fish symbol.
The TRUE 'born again' which I know has gotten to be a most ugly phrase given its sick and twisted over-use by stupid zombie faced xians and their deluded and false claims as to what it is, but the yoni/vagina symbol in its truth means the TRUE transformation of the soul through the working; the vagina symbolic of a new birth.
The working is supposed to begin on the spring equinox when the Sun is at 0 degrees of Aries, at 3 am. 3 am is of the hours of Satan.

I am wonder is it possible that these mantras can also be used in place of the Sumerian God names for the energy centers weekly outside of the squares use?
