I believe that it can expand Taurus aspects, as you write, but you have to be careful to try to overly stretch the application here. That doesn't mean that it would not help, but it might not be the prime solution here, as Jupiter energy is primarily Jupiter, but only acting in the sign of Taurus.
It is like if I had Sun in Capricorn versus Saturn in Capricorn. They can overlap in regards to the completion of certain goals, but the Sun cannot replace Saturn and vice versa. They are not direct substitutes.

Because on the squares page it said "these mantras can generate an extreme amount of energy especially in the chakra that the planet rules" -> So SHUKHRAYA will target the heart chakra even if I don't know the precise location of the chakra to focus upon.
