What the bailouts have done is cripple the governments totally of any independence they might of have left economically and the next wave will have then on their knees begging the big Jew banks. Then the IMF the Jewish political wing of the banks will step in and offer the new solution a new form of money and economy based on e-money only and plastic cards. The IMF will then be directly calling all the shots to the Western Nations as a new Global Government as part of this deal.
The people roiting, homeless and hungry will welcome anything to end their misery at the moment and they will put the onus on the government for the most overlooking the banks and jews behind the curtian, the protocols mention how the Jew will built a disgust and resentment towards the current system [by making it as corrupt and worthless as possible in the eyes of the masses]of rule to make people more willing to accept anything that acutally works better, problem, reaction, solution.
The card will lead to the mirco chip as they have the tech already, the CEO of the frim that developed them is a Jew named Sliverman.
