If a jew has sex with a gentile and a child is born, the child is not a gentile but a jew.

Then their child will become Jewish, and be grouped with their parents who are also Jewish, and knowing that a Gentile is having sex with a Jew, then that person is no longer part of the non-Jewish group

A Gentile that had sex with a jew is still a Gentile. Their aura will be polluted however so they’ll need to clean thoroughly, although a Zevist would never find themselves in such a situation, unless done by accident and they were unaware that it was a jew.
