Is it a good idear to use the isa rune for this purpose?
I had this idear because sometimes you don´t know if it is a thought form or your own mind.
I did hear that isa can also be used for void meditation improvment.
it may be depends on the affirmation (well always include in a positive and healthy way).
isa is a ice rune it freezes motion/etc it should be able to affect a thoughtform.
What are your opinions?
