Is there a satanic curse, ritual that can help me against my evil la

I'm a Eyrlie bird at this and live in a bank paid appartment. In Sweden.
The problem is that i'm totally frustrated.. I dont know why but their is a evil lady sitting in the Board conserning bought appartments complex.the complex is about 3 house-blocks with maybe 500 members.
Dont know why but the old bag has always looked funny at me, and then later on started to wharase me with false complaint letters..that i,m to loud at nights, strange smells frome my appartment, that i'm a junkie and so on. And know she tries to kick me out with help of lawyers. I swere i have done nothing. And it's only a little matter of time before she finds a way to put me on the streat. I have to stop the evil bitch! Its allmost 30 yers when i moved here (1979) and i bought the flat 2005. So even that the place is bought and paid for (400.000 bucks) and are owned by my mother (on paper). I am not welcome to rent it in 2nd hand or live their at all. (Even if she was living togrther with me?)
I have made curses, black magic ritulas before and they really worked.
But i hade the persons photo...And now i have nothing! Please if satanism is intelectuall knowledge their has to be a way to put the end evito my evil pig of landlord-lady. Best of regards DJ WHITeTYSOn.
