I am a self harmer for many reasons. So in my time of need I turned to God. But I wish to know the truth behind spirituality. I cannot call myself a Satanist but I am open and will use a capital S for Satan to show respect.

It is good to release your anger or sadness, but not in a way that it may harm you.Imagine, if whenever someone was frustrated they cut themselves. :PThis doesn't solve the problem and does not give any "justice" to whatever's bothering you. I'm talking from experience. :P
You should love yourself and know that you deserve much more than that. :)By empowering ourselves spiritually, we learn how to control our emotions and fight off depression and outrage that makes us lose control.
