Sometimes when I do meditations, my xtian mother would be doing something very distracting such as playing her tv at ful volume or just being loud listening to her podcasts. I also know that I fear her catching me meditation and sometimes dont meditate due to the fear of her coming upstairs. I don't want to disappoint Father Satan as I really want to grow spiritually, and I was wondering if he truly does get mad when I don't do the daily meditation as promised just from fear.

Try to meditate when you are home alone, or in the evening. Remember, when you meditate: FEAR + MEDITATION = FAILURE. Also if you are afraid of some mediation for example Foundation Meditation, you should get off of any fear, if you don't it can happen to hurt yourself or something like that. On JoS website there writes: REPLACE FEAR WITH LAUGHTER. Also make sure to when you meditate that there is not Void of Course moon. If you meditate on Void on Course Moon, the result will be negative. Do void meditation to have more control over your thoughts, if your mom watches tv.

Enemy attacks our Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra trying to control us. Clean your chakras 3x a day + also your aura. Do EZ Chakra Spin (it also helps), and do Aura of Protection.

But I think I have read before that if you have a meditation routine and one day you do nothing for some reason but continue meditating the next day you will not lose your progress, but just get a little weaker.

If you will one day meditate and the next day have a break and next day again meditate you will be tired. Some meditations like Freeing the soul will lose your progress if you skip a day, and than you will need to start all over again. But remember: Never let your energies fall. Doing a little is better than doing nothing if you are tired or busy etc...

Yes, but if you lean on this 'I can skip a day so I can recover' mentality, which is not always the case, the result will be failure.

This will inevitably lead your mind to 'play' on this point causing you to misalign from your practices in a very pronounced way. At the first simple difficulties you will come to skip routines.
