There is a very clear warning about the Akashic records being controlled by the enemy in one of the sermons. I'm not sure which one, but I believe my representation of the information was accurate.
I don't have enough knowledge about the "galactic council " and such, but do know that our Gods are of the Empire of Orion, any other galactic civilization would be unwise to try to communicate with.

Grey hybrids like Valefor, Lucifuge Rofocal and Clistheret are human-friendly and of the pantheon of Hell.
The enemy Nordics, were against Satan in the beginning, before the first battle where Satan and the friendly Nordics/Demons were outnumbered. My personal opinion is that they are on a higher level of evolution, above the Corrupted Beings. But that's just my personal opinion and speculation.

The Demons raising families with humans was possible way way back when they were still here physically with us, as giving birth is mostly physical. Gods and humans used to live together on Earth very long ago. Nowadays we interact with them astrally, so having children between the Gods and us isn't possible anymore unfortunately
