Is combined power more than the sum of its parts

Hi guys,

So I don't do the Ritual at the schedule of the war room. I will when I can but I am curious, that if two people do the Ritual at different times vs simultaneously like the war room, will it be equally powerful?

Or is it the case when you combine it at the same time the net effect is more powerful than if they were doing it at different times?

Every 2 hours a timer is set so that we all synchronize and hit them at the same time, but it is still fine if you don’t manage to do it with the timer.
