It all depends on who or what you are manipulating.

If you are manipulating people that are not enemies of Satan in negative ways than that is bad. Aimlessly messing with people's minds and/or lying to them or whatever is bad.

But if you are manipulating a Yehubor, xian, muslim or another enemy of Satan than by all means do what you want.
