I'm very new to this spiritual side of things. I thought I'd share with yous an experience I had today that was interesting. I was meditating and decided to focus on 6th chakra. After about 15min I opened my eyes and found I had this purpley spot embedded in my vision. It was like the kind of spot u get after staring at a light for a while. Except in this case my eyes were closed and there was nothing in my room that wouldve caused that even if I hadve stared at it.
