Information on type 1 diabetes?

exarkuun19911 min to read

This diseases has been a pain in my ass for 20 years..i was diagnosed young, nearly died then and there, and nearly died a few years ago due to assumptions..
I am here to see what information i can glean in preparation of a Venus healing 40 day ritual.
For those who havent heard of this, type 1 diabetes is when the lancrease stops producing its own insulin, which allows the body to make use of carbohydrates and sugars consumed..no insulin, the cells dont get energy, blood becomes acidic..bad things happen.
I must rid my body of this. I know it may take several workings, that is fine..but..
I dont believe what the docs say. I dont believe its the immune system erroneously attacking a healthy pancrease and killing it..thats so implausible.
in fact i am not 100% certain of anything..other than it needs to go.
so I come to glean what I can. I have made an aura programming for healing, and I realize I need to specify my body to be cleaned by white light..whoops..oversight.
also i cannot search through conversations on mobile..yahoo sucks.

I understand how you feel.
Are you doing Kundalini yoga? In the past, I once heard of a women healing diabetes through KY practice.
Do you have access to Okra? Putting Okra in water overnight to soak and then drinking the water has been reported to balance the blood sugar and lessen the symptoms.
Anyway, Diabetes seem to be food related at the core. Many diseases we have today were virtually non existent hundreds of years ago and as our food quality changes, so does our health.
I came across a very informing articles about Diabetes some time ago. If I were you, I'd consider incorporating it into your diet.
I believe it will help wonders.

High HP Shannon.
This is definitely a chapter that needs to be placed in my reference book on the Gentile food poisoning program. I believe it all ties together.

I agree that type 2 diabetes is mostly food related, and can be easily kicked. But type 1 diabetes was described in ancient Chinese books as Xiao ke or thirsting and wasting disease named for how people with diabetes seem to always be thirsty but their flesh wastes away (due to malnutrition).

In that sense it was connected with the Kidney energy which is the equivalent to our description of genetic disease. That means though that treatments by herbs have long since been formulated which means that it does not have to be a death sentence.

The cardinal signs to differentiate hot type diabetes from cold type diabetes are exactly that - feelings of heat particularly in the afternoon alongside insomnia, vexation, redness of the cheeks (malaria flush), feeling hungry but not wanting to eat and low grade burning pain anywhere in the body are principal signs of hot type diabetes.

Feelings of cold, frequent pale urination, malaise and lethargy, low sexual drive, shortness of breath, exhaustion which is worse on exertion, sore knees or hips and tendency to catch colds often especially in winter are signs of internal cold type diabetes.

Each phenotype would be treated differently according to tcm herbal theory and the existence of any other comorbidities would have to be taken into account ie complications which have arisen throughout the course of the disease such as prolapsed organs, bone problems and the other side effects of the disease.

Central Force, what would your recommend for type 1 diabetes?

#7

Exar, You can and still should so some form of exercise or yoga. This wil help support your body. If weight is an issue, then I recommend Kundalini spinal series. It is pretty much good when you are sitting down and you wont have to constantly shift your weight.
When I first starting doing that,I noticed results within 2 -3 months. It was wonderful.I wont tell you what to do but I really recommend that. It'll raise your bioelectricty well. This was posted on the JoS main files page.

With your diet, you should just start small and work your way up? From what you have already mentioned, your diet doesn't seem up to par with what you can ideally be including.
What is your diet like?

My diet is mostly whatever I can throw together. Simple sandwiches of luncheon meat and cheese, chips..frozen meals which are awful..I RARELY eat out anymore, limited money caused that. I've also cut back on soda intake recently, which has helped.
I would cook but most ingredients are still processed, that I would use....
though, making potato soup in a slow cooker is damned delicious. I already got some stuff to make a chili, might pop that in tomorrow and cook it up.
I just have a low tolerance for bitter vegetables, and I only impulsively eat fruits.

Sometimes when making a herbal tea, you throw in a couple of herbs and some are bitter or don't taste too nice. Then we add something to make the flavor better, like Melissa officinalis or foeniculum vulgare. Anis is used as well.

But just thinking if you want to consider to eat bitter foods more often perhaps you could use some herbs or spices on it for the flavor?

Although its better to wait for centralforce's reply :).

Most bitter vegetables kill any other flavor, and most foods I can use to mask it aren't quite so good for you..mashed potatoes, I'm looking at you, you broccoli cloak, you..
though cheese and broccoli is okay..
spinach is tolerable of course. we got some bananas from the story so i can get some fruit in me, some energy too.
i need to deprogram something from my childhood, that vegetables are purely fiber and nothing else. such is false. i'm only now realizing how programmed it was..gah.

This depends on wether it is hot type or cold type...
I am hoping exarkuun could shed some light on that based on my previous reply as the treatment for both is different and if you treat hot diabetes with the herbs for cold diabetes there could be some major problems.
Additionally it is important to know the complications which have occurred throughout the course of the disease as this may warrant ruling out or adding other herbs.
From a spiritual perspective,  both are deficiencies of energy, cold type is deficiency of active energy (like that of the sun),   whilst hot diabetes is more of a deficiency of contemplative energy (like that of the moon) both of which could be caused by a Jupiter in detriment in the natal chart.

It is not unusual to have symptoms of both,  and this is a common presentation in more advanced stages of the disease as the kidneys require balance and when one part is off (yin or yang) usually the other side follows suit after a time.
The question before treatment is to determine the degree of each deficiency and act according to which (if either) yin or yang is the most deficient. Almost all kidney tonic herbal formulae will treat both Kidney Yin and Yang to some degree but to which degree is the question we must set about answering.
Do you get thirsty? If so, what is your thirst like?
Also, what are your urinary habits like? Do you tend towards frequent,  pale urination through the day? Is it darker,  yellow and burning? Something different?
Do you get dizzy? Headaches? Any hearing or vision impediments?
Do you feel the cold easily? If yes,  what parts of your body easily feel cold?
Are you prone to cold and flu?
What is the nature of your asthma? If it is movement/activity related,  how does it present once an asthma attack has begun? What treatment have you had for it and how young did this start?

#15

I have symptoms of both, it seems, so I am not 100% certain I can self-diagnose..the worst part is some are mixed with my natal chart, making a diagnosis that much more complicated.
I absolutely BURN at night time making it difficult to sleep, wouldn't say I have insomnia though as of late, my energy working has made sleeping tricky..alongside the heat. My cheeks aren't so red, though sometimes they are. I don't have much of an appetite unless I know the food is yummy..(my stomach actually doesn't rumble unless i'm absolutely starved)..
I feel kinda bleh and not desiring to do much during the day, but I've been doing some healing aura and exercises indoors, and that's helped. Hence self-diagnosis being tricky..my breathing is sometimes randomly shallow though I do have some form of asthma. We had diagnosed it to be activity induced..though I catch myself not breathing enough and having to inhale deeply. I've theorized this is related due to lack of sleep, so it's more of a yawn than shortness of breath. Low sex drive? I don't have anyone to test it with but my drive is intermittently high then low.
I can try to provide more information. My Jupiter isn't retrograde or anything, but I know its house. I will see if I can generate another natal chart, as I have my text version, though no image of it itself..
If you request more information, please, do so. I wish to understand this issue before I tackle it, though I will be performing a sun healing planetary square tomorrow, as now is a good time.

I have had it since..I can remember. Even as a child I would get winded in phys ed..so I would say since I was 8 or so. It presents itself as a massive shortness of breath, requiring constant deep breathing. I use what is a rescue inhaler, either albuterol or ventolin depending on what the insurance will cover. If I do not use the inhaler preemptively or quickly enough, my symptoms of wheezing get pretty bad..few months back, I thiughy I was going to die, my brain wasn't working, only able to use basic survival instincts..

I am wondering if I have consistent effects from asthma outside of activity though. I might..

I want to learn everything I possibly can regarding type 1 and type 2 and their similarities. What sources of information have you found to be the most helpful and could you please share those with me? I'm focused primarily on 0 nutrient refined sugar toxins and their promotion of type 2. From there I wish to explore the transition from type 2 to type 1.

The link posted in this discussion does a decent job explaining how they are similar. The major similarity is that they're both insulin production deficiencies.
As well, I'll put you to artificial sweeteners like sorbitol and aspartame, to see how they've caused so many problems with us..those are two artificial sweeteners found in "no sugar added" foods that diabetics can kinda sorta have..aspartame is in a lot though. Sorbitol has some laxative effects as well as being no nutrient.

#21

Before an asthma attack do you experience any coughing,  phlegm expectoration or otherwise?

#22

No wheezing or coughing before, but during, in an attempt to intake air..my throat dries out and causes me to cough, and that is around the time my instincts kick in, and other thoughts out. A rush for my inhaler and water immediately ensue (i am normally hot and sweaty when these occur, so water is a natural thing I want, and to cool off)..uhh i can say my head feels hot during it, moreso than using an inhaler before it is needed.

I am more interested in aspartame and sorbital, means I'm limiting my scope to zero nutrient refined sugar poisoning and other poisons. I consider aspartame to be a poison.  Sorbitol I haven't really looked at yet.  I guess mainly I'm just interested in poisons and those things being made into poisons in your body. If you know anything else about that let me know.
