Information on familiars?

Ok so recently, on Saturday actually, we got a new kitten. She's four months old, orange and white tabby, big fluffy tail. We named her "Fluffy" because we could not come up with a better name. She's healthy, minus what appear to be a few flea bites anyways. She is purring all the time, very playful, and a lap kitty.

Now we have 2 other cats, one of which is very attached to me already..but I'm wanting some information on having ANY of my cats become familiars. Sadly, my other 2 cats are 11 years old..and once we got the newest kitten, I broke down and cried, knowing that they were kinda close to dying..well, cats live to about 13-15 or so? So I was a baby and cried there.

Anyways, I don't know anything about familiars. I tried contacting Buer, but I'm not able to "fully" understand what he was saying. In fact I heard nothing about them. So idk. My points are open..

I would like info. I didn't see any documents on JoS..

By the way, cats can live longer. I've got an 18-plus year old cat & he's still a kitten at heart. I've heard some cats have lived up to age 30.

Familiars are entities in an animal form given to us by the Gods/Goddesses of Hell to assist us in our endeavors. Your problem with Buer is probably due to your inefficiency to fully pick up on what Buer was/is saying (no insult intended, sorry). Hope this helps.
