Increasing my power and a question/observation

ok for the increasing my power part: could someone please tell me in detail what i should do? i havent opened my third eye or anything im not sure where to begin sorry if i seem like a bother im new to this i dedicated the start of this week and i have been wondering how to start improving my spirit

for the Q/observation: today in school i was looking at my gray led pencil and i noticed when i hold it near where ive seen my third eye is i felt a strange tingling sort of feeling, i havent opened it and im wondering what it is, i then opened one of my binder books and shoved the pencil butt first down a binder hole so it stood up with the tip facing up i then moved my head right above it so my third eye area was directly abve the tip and it felt so weird and... nice! it was a strange feeling and it felt nice im not sure what this is is it something like the tip has alot of energy or something? im not sure hope someone can answer me =)

also i have read on JoS the opening the third eye part and i cant find the spot on my finger that gives me a slight electric shock just thought i should add that so noone says to go to JoS, thanks again to anyone who answers

You have seen the picture on the JoS site with the guy holding his finger, well, just keep at it cause you may not feel anything yet but you will. When I started to do it I felt nothing so it was a little discouraging (just keep at it just keep at it just keep at it) but I kept at it and really began feeling energy shoot up from my hand to my forehaed like if you put an electric massager against you body. Then I thought well maybe I am only feeling this cause I am focusing on those areas of my body. A few weeks go by and then I started seeing little flickers of blue and red lights to the point that either I am on drugs (not on drugs), going crazy %) (I dont think so?), ate to much sugar (alot), ran outside bumped my head and forgot about it (dont recall that happening), or my chakras/mind was openning up and those big red eyes in the dark (friendly eyes) were really there. I realized that the preasure in my forehead third eye area was pulsating, I then new it was not just cause I had been focusing on those areas (like if you focus on being really itchy itchy itchy you become very itchy itchy, thats another thing doing void meditation will help with that) but because my third eye had openned up. Keep at it and you will feel/see MORE. What else, go to the power meditations page of JOS and start yourself a basic meditation program and do not miss a day of doing power meditations or it will cause a backlash, oh and make sure you do plenty of void meditation when your openning your mind cause a flood of past upset memmories will come in. Void meditation will help you deal with that among other things. Best of luch and looking forward to hearing about your advancements. Also, study study study....... study some more.

Hello, don't worry about the electrical shock , the comment next to the lower pixture on the right, the one with the thumb says it is " apparent in those who have naturally stronger auras". I don't remember feeling the shock either and my 3rd is opened.   Hail Enki.
