Hi everyone...
I've been meditating for about a year now and I have noticed and realized the importance of holding the breath in your LUNGS! I now have minor neck problems as I had a tendency to hold my breath all the way up to my neck putting my focus there. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! Always hold your breath and focus on the lower, middle & upper parts of your lungs when beginning or you may develop neck problems down the road.
