Look into opening 3rd eye and starting a meditation program.
Its also a good idea to look into the jos site area on void meditation and breathing excersizes

Look into opening 3rd eye and starting a meditation program.
Its also a good idea to look into the jos site area on void meditation and breathing excersizes

I started meditating like 2 days before I dedicated my soul to Father Satan and now I have more experiance with energy. I recommend you start by going on a deep trance. Then memorize each Chakra and now their name and color. Then spin each and also clean your aura. Do that for about a month and start with some intermediate exercises.
