this is just a straight forward question,
i would like to hear peoples experiences with Yoga,
i have a basic idea of what it will do for you in terms of power,
but i would like to hear from all of you what the long-term benefits and effects have been, this would mean a great deal to me for better understanding,
also how do i know if i am doing the Yoga correctly in all styles.
