The whole point is to increase your intake and manipulation of energy so not feeling something strong initially with this rune would make sense.
This is not going to be a shot thing so do this for at least 90 days if not 180, and you'll undoubtedly feel the results and growth then. At the same time, keep working on the Foundation Meditation daily and have in mind that you're attempting to increase the energy and hold it.
This hold will increase day by day, as well as the amount of energy you're able to breathe in.
In addition to URUZ you can vibrate SOWILO.

To revitalize your energy you can use Berkano in combination with Sowilo for a power number that you can handle, preferably a Sun power number.
As an affirmation for example "the energy of the Berkano and Sowilo runes revitalize my energy in the most positive and healthy way for me".
I recommend that you work with your pineal gland and energy sensitivity directly and do two separate meditations to achieve the goal you want to achieve.
