My husband/soulmate can't sleep due to kundalini issues, says he feels like he has insomnia.

I'm having no such issues, but I can't seem to go to sleep as well.

Or at least that's what I'm assuming this is...

You could sleep in separate rooms/beds if you can. The Kundalini process can at times cause insomnia. I used to get that a few nights a month.

Oh. We don't even live in the same state, let alone the same house.

It could be as simple as, he is your husband/soulmate, he has developed deep emotions, in love with you. The distance from you makes him frustrated that further lead to insomnia, and vice versa. Very common.

Or some other psychological stuff, I am not saying it is not the Kundalini, it just makes sense if it is....not to be rude.....that easy. It happend to me.

I know Im not having any lundalini issues (I haven't progressed), but he is.
