HI i was meditatiing not to long ago.
And i was spinning my chakras fast i did an excersize instead of speed
of light i tried timing it by ten.

SPEED OF LIGHT TIMES TEN...
and i felt my energy increase.
my body began to sweat.
and my aura turned two colors.
the right was red.
the left blue.
my right hand felt like it was on fire hot white energy
and the left was blue
right hot.
left cold.

btw does anyone know a meditation i can do to get someone the fuck off
and still keep a friend....

From my experience when I clean my chakras or do chakra meditations,
many things like to stay symmetrical, but your need of opinion
doesnt involve this.. i dont think..

To get someone the fuck off, are you speaking sexually? or to get
someone to fuck off? sounds like the right job for a ritual, rather
than meditation.. but either way could lead to success.
