I believe you mean *Incest* which is the breeding among blood-kin or family. Which comes down to a moral debate matched with science. It is proven that if one spawns a child with a 4th cousin or farther the child is developed fine, BUT if it is a sibling/2nd/3rd cousin the offspring child will be effected. So as an overall view, yes it is a problem.
