I can't find an article about The Devil Eye

Hello,
I was just looking at my "save for later" file and found a missing article The Devil Eye. I remember reading it, but I forgot what was it exactly. I think I remember reading that delivering the devil eye to an angry dog or animal could stop the attack... something like that. I saved it to work on it but I forgot. I know it was pretty interesting, does someone knows where to find the article?
