Ive been dedicated for more than a year and have been inconsistent with my meditations up until now. I restarted my opening of the soul. I have been able to feel my 6th chakra very well in the past. But i feel as if i can no longer locate it. When i try to meditate on it i end up meditating on my crown chakra. I feel as though i cannot tell the difference between the two. Like they are very close to each other. It so frustrating.

You included the answer in the very same post you typed. The root of your problem is your inconsistency. Inconsistency cause you to lose most of the progress you do and sometimes even regress. Believe me, I've been there. Just become consistent and eventually you'll be able to locate it again. Consistency cannot be explained. You just have to do. If you keep doing, you gain consistency on your own. That's because you form an habit. Your brain has an interest in keeping habits going, while disregarding new activities, especially if your willpower is low/weak.

Yeah well the words ''slightly to the right'' were definitely carved into my mind but I couldn't find it back on the JOS site to confirm.
I also feel it slightly to the right but yesterday when searched on google the illustrations were showing it
being in the middle so I thought I was wrong but somehow was feeling it more intensely a bit to the right.
Now, I can surely say I find myself rejoiced by the illustration you posted!^-^
