I've read in an older post that areas plagued hyperpigmentation can be healed with kojic acid. As I'm on my phone and my computer doesn't work, I'm having a hard time finding the topic mentioned. So I decided to open a new one to ask but a few questions.

Is kojic acid a safe choice with people with sensitive skin? If not, what alternative should be considered? Can the chosen product be applied on areas where the skin is scratched or should you wait for the skin to be repaired?

Now on to the unrelated health questions.

Through the practice of alternate nostril breathing, every day a factor about my energies has become more clear: during daylight hours, my yin side is more active; during the night is my yang side to be more active. Is it common for one side to be more active during one portion of the day, while the other to be more active during the other portion? I read it is, but I'm no expert in the subject. Therefore it would be helpful if someone experienced in this area of knowledge could confirm or dispute what I said.

One more question: is the purpose of alternate nostril breathing to keep the energies balanced at all times?

Thank you in advance. I'm looking forward to hear your replies.

Thank you for your help. Tomorrow I'll go to the herbalist's shop to see if they have the soap you mentioned. If they don't, I will search for it online, preferably in Europe to avoid custom fees. Thank you again.
