Do not use Google for searches. It is the most unsafe and privacy-breaking search engine. It tracks every activity you do and periodically sends it to the government and secret services to be stored. Safe options are duckduckgo and startpage which will neither track or register your activity.
Furthermore, you should get rid of any browser you're using because they track you as well. Install Tor which is safer, privacy-wise.

Windows 10 makes you agree to this unlawful behaviour when you accept the terms and conditions. Furthermore, despite you having an admin account, certain folders and files on your hard drive will be inaccessible with Windows 10. Apparently, they reserved some rights for themselves only, that overrule your admin privileges on your own computer. Maybe remote access. I have yet to investigate this abnormal behaviour.
I'm not experienced in Mac, but I know that Apple is one the most privacy-hating companies.
In my opinion you should never install any of those operating systems mentioned. Either regress to Windows 7 or install any Linux system directly. Of course, before formatting your PC and installing a different os, you should back up all important data on an external drive.

I also read a bit about being able to identify your true IP address behind a VPN. Plus a lot of VPNs don't use Bitcoin (which is - or at least can be - traceable), and some keep logs - including if they claim not to.
