If there is anything you want to learn you can directly ask herself, as she checks the forums regularly. I was very curious about Maxines story as well when I first started out but I wouldn't get my hopes up because secretiveness is important in her life. Keep in mind there are lots of both human and non-human beings out there who would LOVE for your HP to get killed.
