How would I bless my family?

Obviously I have some ideas in regards to runes but frankly I have never actually tried blessing someone other than myself, I want to bless my father and mother for good health, protection and happiness, they have done a lot for me and are a big part of the reason I am in the state I am in its only fair I start paying them back for this.

Anyone got any ideas, it dosent need to be a massive working as I intend to do it consistently something which can be done in 30 minutes would be perfect.

You could also raise your energies if you want even stronger effects.

You decide to create a schedule on how many times you want to vibrate those runes. Also do all that while looking at an image of your mother/father, perhaps both at the same time and then do an affirmation wishing and directing the energies of these runes for their purposes and to avoid the negative effects of these runes. Also, visualise your mother and father in the image lighting up like the sun, that'll help in cleansing them from negative energies, kind of like the God rituals.

Well you could clean their aura, soul and chakras and use an affirmation as "X is always healthy ,protected , safe and blessed in the most positive ways for him/her" and as for runes have a look yourself which one might be good to do so.
