I'd like to ask how do I ask Rune Stones? I'm thinking of my making my own set and if I wanted to use them to kill or harm someone or bring peace or whatever the specific tune is best for (my goal) how do I use them? Like for instance if I wanted to use one of them to contact Father, how?
