I play chess on lichess and my level is 1725 i want to reach 2100 at least
Any working to improve intelligence/memory will do. I personally do not find chess fun anymore, only when played casually. The professional level isn't even strategy. If one memorizes the turn table (which is billions of permutations, but still) the game is decided in something like 5 moves or less. It's all about memory on the professional scene, very little strategy.
Magnus Carlsen said he's only this good because he studied how other pros played, learned literally every game they had played, how to combat every situation and so on.

Anything Mercury related will help. A Mercury Spiritual Square could help here, but I wouldn't waste the benefits of the Square on just learning how to play chess better. You could affirm it, instead, to greatly increase your overall intelligence. This would help you in more places in your life, in addition to play chess.

If you want to become really good at chess, you should put most of your effort in actually learning various strategies, openings, counters, checkmates, mid/late game, studying professional players, etc.
Aside from that, MANNAZ would be a good rune since it enhances memory and intellect - something that will compliment what you'll be doing above.
