Hail brothers/sisters,
I am working to permanently transform my chakras but need a little guidance (my GD is a bit busy these days). I have a great feeling that to do so requires concentrated orbs of the 5 elements being placed into each chakra. Starting from the Base in the spine, up through each to the 6th, to the crown and down to the third eye, and down the front to the starting point to make one cycle. I believe I should focus on one chakra per night when doing this, and take my time until I know each is transformed... Any advice from elders who have done fully transformed their chakras is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
