so i have saved up my money and soon or maybe in a few days on the internet i will start to buy my ritual equipment. i want to have a alter in my bedroom which is all fine, but my parents will think im crazy. they never have believed in region but still they sent me to a catholic primary school when i was younger so they know i have believed in that. but they will just think im actually stupid and silly. not that i care, i want them to know but i don't want to come out and just tell them. what do you all think i should do?

i was thinking of starting small, like buying a few candles first and incense,id have to get them to switch off the smoke alarm which will be tricky.

<td val[/IMG]well start off small with the incense and candles

start saying that you want to be left alone for a while because you want to meditate.

you dont have to directly tell your parents just hint them on it ;)

i been there trust me, and now my mom accepts what i practice :)

just reach up and pop the battery out of your smoke alarm when you light your incense. if you dont burn the whole stick or cone or whatever, you wont have to worry about it leaving your room if the door frame is lower than your ceiling.

I really recomend not telling them. Its like commiting social suicide.

If they ask about the stuff, just say your experimenting in Wiccanism or something, or you like insences.

My parents made a huge deal about it. Its still causing problems today, but its mainly under control.
