How To Stop Drugs: A Guide

AvatarHigh Priest Zevios Metathronos4 min to read

Not for the faint hearted, but believe with full conviction, if you practice these protocols, you will be free from drugs. And as you push it, you will detach completely. Set on the side 3 days and after the third day, you will see how you will have radically reduced your drug urges.

I am 100% convinced all of you can escape this. Even most severe cases. It's not a magical recipe. We're just dealing with a minor problem. No guilt should be involved in this, what you have done is not indicative of your whole existence, it just means you wanted quick relief or you felt down. Everyone does; recovery is at hand.

Time for self love and evolution, don't attack yourself for what you did. Technically you are less responsible than you think about this, as "drugs" hijack your biological reception system - ie, they take your free will away. Your decisions were borderline "not your own". Your decision to move away, marks the day where you make decisions about yourself and you are not enslaved.

Groups are here to support you, post whatever necessary. Rants, emotional expression, attacks even; whatever occurs. Experience it and let it go.

Note: This is not for far gone or clinical cases. Everyone can be saved from this, one must simply act today, not tomorrow. Brothers and Sisters; if you are in this case, seek professional counsel. If you cannot fast for medical reasons, consider it.

If you are heavily addicted, withdrawal might be brutal and take days. Ignore (not fight, but ignore) all "relapsation" related things. You'll think whatever, feel whatever - distract yourself, void and do not "fight it". You are RESTING here, you are not FIGHTING.

The same protocol below, minus the fasting, is the essential protocol to do during the withdrawal phase. believe it will work. After a point, all influences will evaporate. First day start with the fasting, then continue the drill without the fasting. Sooner than you expect, you will see that cravings will lessen and eventually evaporate.

When you do this successfully, you will likely turn back and say "wow, I actually did this?". Yes you did and you are free, continue in freedom.

Round 1:

1. Eat very good for one day; whatever, enjoy yourself. Because the next day you will be doing this: 24 hours of fasting.
2. 24 hours of fasting. Only water. Don't eat nothing.
3. When you wake up on this day: 20 minutes of studying a book or anything; by compulsive force. During the fast.
4. After you study the book, you will have a cold shower. If you cannot take it, you should start from warm water and work your way comfortably downward. By the end of the shower, you must be on cold water, not warm water.
5. On the same day, cut out every person that does the following: Bring drugs to you, is a "friend who uses" and whatever else; without mercy. Just go black, don't listen to siren's song that they love you or whatever; they do not. They are destroying you. No emotions, just out them. Block them. Stay CLOSER to people that love you, value you, and want the good of you.
6. Continue your day as usual, do void meditation and ignore any and all thoughts.
7. Do the Ritual of Janus at the peak of the fasting/ritual [18 hours], requesting specifically to be absolved from the drug usage. Janus will help you transition.
8. At the end of the fasting, sleep. Drink copious amounts of water.
9. Affirmations: "I am free, healthy and absolved of what harms me. I am powerful, my will is powerful and I control easily myself and effortlessly."
10. Keep occupied all day. No sitting down with imbeciles who have nothing to do besides smoke weed. You deserve better; even Netflix watching is better.
11. If you cannot do the above on your own, if you have a partner etc, explain to them what you will be doing, and just do it.

Repeat round 1 two times the first week. No relapsing on toxic relations with people; they are in the past. Do this for 4 weeks, ie, a total of 4 times a month. It's not that hard, only the first time will be hard.

Round 2:

Same drill; but this time, you will fast for 36 hours. Same drill. Repeat again 4 times a month.

Next day: Proceed to eat and restart the day as usual.

The above will be a radical shift you can combine with 40 days working to rid yourself completely.

Bro, I've been sober for a while now. I don't feel the need for it. I just put together a little story about my life with drugs. There are moments when I might do something after a very long time, just because the occasion arises, and I only use LSD once a year. So, for the most part, I'm sober. Money is more important now.
WTF, I'm not even allowed to speak about my own life experiences or express my opinions anymore? Pff.

Who said you can't..i wasn't even talking about you. I'm talking about those incurable nostalgic that make their whole life about the drugs they did 20 years ago, mostly because that's the only interesting thing that ever happened to them (definetely not the case for the Zevist people). I don't think talking about how sad you are every week like they do in AA helps you (it's an hypotetic) or anybody else. It also depends on the type of character you have though..

Progressively do eliminate everything, consistent meditation and practice will make you on a whole other level without any need for any of these. Excellent and now you know, you don't even need these. Power is inside. Keep going strong brother.

What is to be done for cases of chronic, significant pain from genetic disease, in terms of any helpful methods of coping with pain?

I have struggled on and off with moderate to heavier alcohol use for some parts of my life for this reason.

I am curious if any meditations could be used to switch the pain signals off entirely, until one is cured as this takes time.

I hate being sober so much, I am tired of being strangled by fear, self-hatred, and despair. My life is still incomprehensibly FUBAR. I continue to meditate twice a day, but it feels like each session is a reminder of my spiritual failings.

I could maybe push through the suffering if I knew that the Gods liked me, or that I had some spiritual purpose, but I just don't know. I am more depressed and hopeless than I have ever been in my life. I hate myself for being so worthless and stupid, but it seems like every effort to better myself makes me feel worse. When I was on drugs I could at least briefly forget about my problems and have some fun, now I'm constantly reminded of my own ugliness and that of the world. I have no life goals, not sure what I'm supposed to do with my life. Im not good at anything and even if i tried to be a force for good, im not skilled or smart or ethical enough. Even in the past when I was somewhat useful and donated a lot (it feels like a lifetime ago), I still was unsure about who I am and who I'm supposed to be.

Hi.

Sincerely sorry to hear that 😦.

I believe the thread posted by the High Priest addresses the "recreational" usage of drugs. Treating chronic pain would fall under the medical use of drugs, preferably under the guidance of medical professional. And in my humble opinion, alcohol is a poor choice, it destroys the organism when being used heavily, plus I don't think being chronically inebriated is the best thing that can be done about it. Did you seek medical help for this problem? If not, I would advise you to.

May you find some relief soon, dear Brother.

Our Brother Centralforce gave me a herbal tonic, diagnosis and information for healing.

Unfortunately, this is all very gradual for healing and I have had these issues since birth, about 20 years.

I am in much agony on a daily basis, near constant.

I will do my best to find some better ways to manage pain and mitigate this. I appreciate your kind words and understanding.

You already know the Gods are fine with you, you're just trying to use as an excuse the Gods to fall back into these things. None of this truly has to do with the Gods, one's performance in life or the Temple whatsoever.

These things, which are important to you, are actually waiting for you when you are fine and back on track, which you will be. What is going on now, is just your physical body and your mind trying to use excuses of great magnitude to re-engage the habit that lead to damaging you in the first place. In your mental aspect, this works to justify the material cravings; these were the source of ruin in the first place, don't re-engage, it's all the material body reacting.

When your dopamine system is harmed by drugs, then the physical withdrawal will be conflated with "existential stuff" and whatever you cite here. These delusions seem real (they might even feel real) but they have nothing to do with the Gods whatsoever. You never needed drugs in the first place to be a strong or good man, you always was, and will be, and the drugs were only an impediment.

The impediment is now trying to gnaw at you, to pretend it's part of your future progress and/or self worth, but it's the worst enemy to both (and to yourself). You were not truly happy before, you were depressed, and that's why these were being used in the first place: They were the bringers of the depression.

It's just your physical body is fighting, and reacting to the loss of what is bad, it's nothing spiritual, related to the Gods, or to the world. You are projecting on these, these aren't the cause of this. The cause is the drugs and their dopamine ruin, which promises "solution" only to incur more ruin.

Stop tormenting yourself and you have done everything well, the Gods don't have a problem with you nor anyone else. Deep down, you must work on this. Bookmark my response and come back to it for reminded; it will be at any future moment as it is today.

You're always this great person you always was and will be. Just remove this habit with patience and get off this drug train, which for all intents, has harmed you. You're already recovering excellently and proving your resolve.

Ignore any such thoughts and start re-establishing control of mind. It's just the withdrawal speaking nothing else major or existential.

Thank you very much High Priest. I am staying sober, and doing somewhat better with my thoughts. Trying not to be quite as negative and to complain less, the most recent sermon was very enlightening. I hope you are blessed forever for all of your work.

Give it time brother and do ignore these thoughts entirely, they are all lies.

You're the same excellent person you were before. After this cycle is done with (it will be) you'll be regaining anything that was temporarily lost. Building back better.

Stay strong always.
