You *try*...Just go to http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ation.html and start with the basics. Clean your aura, do breathing exercises and try to get into a trance (this needs practice, but in the end, it's not that hard. What's important is to calm your mind and body, and the trance state will occur).
