How to know when exactly your in a trance?

I've been doing the meditations, After doing the void meditation, after a
while, everything gets darker, and I don't feel the need to move my body, etc,
does that mean I'm in a trance or..?

Dude, you'll know when you're in a trance, it's a feeling that's absolutely indescribable, it's a feeling of progression, power, euphoria, and pursuing what Father intended for us to have... You'll know when you reach it.
