I read that Wiccans and New Agers overuse of Point up pentagram is draining the earth.

So like how do we reverse this?

Use pentagram pointing downwards.
Also, use less plastic and care for the environment

The point-up pentagram New ages and Wiccans focus extensively on with no knowledge of what it means or how it works focus on only the upper female chakras, so to reverse this then you focus on not just the upper female chakras but also the lower male chakras too. That's how the upside-down pentagram works.
