how to heal

Over this past weekend a friend and I sprinted into each other while playing a game and I think I did something minor to my leg and I thought that maybe this would be an opportune time to learn how to heal. The bit I found on healing was in the how to use your aura section on the jos site and it spoke of using color of the chakra that rules over the injured/ill area.
But what chakra would rule over the knee. Or could one of you maybe go further into detail about healing

I wouldn't try to rely on healing if you have never done it before..

You can try vibrating runes to the specific area where it hurts. You need to learn how to use and vibrate runes first. 
The runes that i recommend are algz, sol, and thurz. They are used for healing. The descriptions of each rune is in the Joy of Satan webpage.

The legs are an extension of the hip, which is connected to the base chakra. However, I would recomend using Gold energy. Take a look at "Satanic Healing" in the 'Satanic Witchcraft' section of the JoS, this will be better.

You should always take opportunities to practice your skills and abilities. If you 'don't rely on something having never tried it before', then when will you ever try it? How do you learn the skills and get the practice if you never use it when its needed?

Thank you for the feedback. Now are you suggesting I use all three runes or one? I read so far that sol is great for empowering other workings that involve runes but would it be good on its own for healing? Not asking because I'm too lazy to do two or even three its just a question completely out of curiosity
