Thank you very much, this is exactly what I am going through. PTSD and a combination of very bad and 'less bad' memories coming together in a terrible form. I haven't had these things for a while now and I've started to feel more comfortable letting these thoughts flow away rather than hiding them.

But I’ve been facing an issue that has actually been happening since the summer. I’m only now realizing the extent of the damage it's causing me. Every now and then —especially before I go to sleep, as I’m falling asleep, and when I’m waking up— I experience these intrusive, absurd thoughts. I’m not sure if, in this 'sleepy' state, my aura weakens and makes me more vulnerable to spiritual attacks, but these thoughts sometimes cause me to panic and experience heart palpitations.

In my case, buried memories and feelings started to surface in pre-sleep moments, or similar light trance situations. This happened why the conscious mind stopped thinking and "doing whatever physical" that many people affected from PTSD do, to keep memories and unwanted feelings away.
So it may be (it's only a possibility though) that disturbing thought come from yourself and not from external entities or attack. You may have suffered some kind of trauma in this or previous life, probably related to sex. To be sure, I would clerarly ask to my Guardian Demon - did I suffer a traumatic event causing those thoughts? Based on reply you can understand where to work to cope or stop that.

Additionally, I’ve noticed a couple of things about these thoughts. For example, I can experience this state of panic even when thinking about past events that weren’t particularly traumatic or sad. Also, strangely, I’ve started to feel uneasy when thinking about sexuality.

This is called "activation" for traumatized people. The mind thinks you are in a dangerous situation, while it's not a case, because some "triggers" did that. Triggers are situations, objects, feeling recalling a past traumatic event.

I have no issue with sexuality; I’ve long discarded the belief that “sexuality is bad” imposed by Abrahamic religions. I know that the sexuality of two people who love each other is spiritually beneficial. However, when I think about sexuality during these moments —before sleep, as I’m falling asleep, and just before I wake up— I feel terrible, almost as if sexuality is something 'alien' and disturbing.

Could this be related to a curse embedded in my Sacral or Root Chakra?

Honestly I can't say about the curse, maybe.
But a possibility is you have a strong buried traumatized "self" that is calling for help and is scared. At least for the it worked that way.
Last option, maybe a psychic vampire or severely damaged person is attached to your chakras? it is possible to feel others' feelings if they are strongly connected to your soul.

I overlooked this post. If you have bad memories surfacing than this is the case. Sorry to hear that. Remember that, in case you have been hurt, it's not your fault. It never is.
Janina Fisher and Bessel van der Kolk books on PTSD are very helpful.
I also recently performed "emotional body healing" meditation by HPs Lydia. It's great but very touching in terms of emotions surfacing, to be done carefully in my opinion.

Very happy that I've helped you! Trauma memories are an interesting topic. A realization that has come to me recently is that all of my bad memories, abuses, ugly images, etc are actually a treasure trove of wisdom, and I will keep them with me, guarding them like a great source of power and self-knowledge. "Academy of Ideas" on YouTube has some excellent videos on how pain, depression and anxiety are absolutely essential for self-transformation and evolution.

Daemonica, I know exactly how this feels, as I have gone through , and battled this exact same feeling. A sense of panic, or dread that seemingly comes from nowhere or is triggered by a word or event. It's terrible and can often cause physical manifestations of panic, dizziness, disorientation, heart palpitations or worse. What truly helped me in this regard was really focusing on and spending more time on void meditation, being able to banish thoughts at will gave me a huge buffer against these "attacks". Whenever I felt the thought coming in, I would just "tune"to the frequency of silence in my head. Attack avoided. Repeat as necessary. I can't stress how much this helped me. Do void meditation sessions more frequently and also while walking around in daily life. You can't practice too much imo. This, as well as the excellent advice above.

"Void meditation and the ability to banish thoughts at will, is a definite help here, as negative thoughts serve no real purpose and tying into them is a waste of time, unless it is for a specific reason, as one wanting to deal with them. This is just a stage and will pass in time. Ignore any negative thoughts if they surface and they will go away.

As we can see, by focusing our attention to our chakras, we empower them. Through awareness and focus; when turning our attention to anything, we give it power. When we completely ignore any negative thoughts or psychic disturbances, they will wither away."

I found the above to be very true.

idiocy smasher, trauma or at the very least, challenge is necessary for growth because without an outside (or sometimes inside) obstacle to overcome we remain stagnant. Imagine everything being provided to you right on your couch. Press a button pizza is delivered. Press another, a shower head and scrub clean your body. Same with your teeth. Sexual partner. But you never leave. Prison is a dwelling where you take no leave. You would rot within a matter of weeks. But you have to get up to find your food, work, shower, talk to people. In essence, grow. This is important. And as comfortable as the alternative may initially appear, it is actually a lot of despair. Hope this helped in some small way.

Take a moment. And ask yourself what you want. What do you want? Do you truly want to hurt people? You mention these urges as being accidental. What do you mean by this? Unintentional? As in not what you would truly want. You will go through times in life where you feel unpleasant, where you feel anxious. It is an unavoidable consequence of being human. It is what you do when you feel these things that defines your character, and ultimately defines who you are. Now ask yourself. What do I truly want? Who do I want to become?
