How to connect to your Guardian Daemon/ess

This is the targeted message.

Due to certain difficulties to put it lightly, I've been trying to find ways to remove said difficulties and the most effective was connecting with my Guardian Daemoness by vibrating her name 40x before bed every night without fail.

My GD is Marchosias, and ever since I started to connect with her, she has saved my ass even more and I'm think I'm becoming a fanboy, I suspect she has chosen me long before my dedication, actually when I look back, I think I was already a fanboy long before too.

While this post is meant to help me first and foremost, I hope post helps others as well.
