How to cleanse energy from crystals

I got a crystal and the energy is too intense for me or im too sensitive to it, how do i cleanse myself of this crystal, i threw it far far away but i still feel its radiant energy in my room and around the house, is my house permanently contaminated with bad diffused crystal energy? If so how do i cleanse myself of it?

Some people use salt for cleansing, but i also heard they use salt to charge the crystal and make it stronger, and that's not what i want, some say water can soak and cleanse it, or burying it in soil, but i can't bury my flat in soil...

I'm not even sure the house is the problem, maybe the energy is soaked into me and i have to cleanse myself?
I heard they also use incense for cleansing. Please help, thank you.

Crystals have low energy, to be honest I don't use them and I don't advise you to use them. They lower the energy when used. You can get help from the gods and vibrate the rune of Algiz 9 times in water and then drink it. And you can do aura/chakra cleansing. if you can go astral, you can make an energetic protection barrier around your soul in the Astral. More energy won't come.

I've also noted other crystals' different effects, and also some combined effects when holding them in the left palm and tuning into them. So it would be right to state that crystals can act as enhancing effects on various meditations in different ways so much so that some people could say it is cheating. However, crystals are available for sale for almost everyone so there's that. Indeed, I'm also talking about when more and more people will find out how useful they are, for now most are just buying them for looks or not that effective holistic approaches. Imagine a future where a big percentage of Earth's civilization will start exploring and using their potential, this will for sure raise their material value.

Some rarer ones will certainly increase in value if people rally to buy. My mother has a few pieces, and I will gift her more, including information from ToZ, as a Yule present.
