How to 100x Your Meditation in 3 Steps

Yes, raise energy and go in a light trance, also after the ritual take some good time to meditate on the energy and on what you feel.

I also like to inhale energy related to each meditation or magick before doing it. For example, if I do a money working, I inhale gold-green energy beforehand until I feel ready, and this works for me very well.

I don't know why I didnt see this earlier. I start doing the vibration part saturday, without reading this, and it was simply another whole level of energy. I will use the love for my kids, to give them a better world, as the emotionnal state during the rituals.
