Any tips on how to get rid of it? It's not just like a little but it gets really bad at times and sometimes out of nowhere :/

Anxiety is usually a sign of hyperactive heat due to failure of yin. Particularly bad anxiety can stem from heart or kidney yin deficiency which would be evidenced by:

- afternoon fever
- night sweating
- palpitations (if heart yin)
- sore lower back, knees or hips, diminished sex drive (kidney)
- hungry but not wanting to eat,
- thirsty but not wanting to drink,
- dryness of the mouth and skin
- constipation

Or any combination of the above.

Each has a similar but slightly different treatment principle.

Heart yin deficiency often is combined with kidney yin deficiency and the two may mutually precede the other.

They may also occur in isolation but this is rare and usually the other will become involved shortly afterwards.

@johnson

I've been meditating for 5 years and have been doing the working HP Maxine told us about that cleanses our auras and souls from negative energy, curses, thoughtforms etc since she told us. Hope I don't come off as difficult... someone mentioned that I could possibly heal my brain and Wunjo as well. Wunjo seems to be helping so that's good. I'm going to start doing healing energy into my brain too since I feel it might be the trauma I've faced as a child. Also HP HC new post about balance seems like a great idea too. Thanks for your advice btw :)

Interesting... I do get these some of these symptoms and I think my chart says that I might have problems around that specific area. So healing energy on that spot could help then?

I've taken into consideration that I just gave to keep meditating to heal my mind and soul. Pat trauma just might be that bad that's it's taken a little while to go away. But I've definitely have gotten better that's for sure since I've dedicated and started meditating several years ago.

I'll definitely keep the banishing ritual in mind too.

Dependent upon the predominance of Heart or Kidney, you can try some foods and herbs to assist your healing also.

If you let me know which one I can provide some recommendations.

Ways to settle hyperactive kidney yang due to him deficiency:

- learn to rest - continuous activity may seem important but your body needs down time to recuperate.

- consume smaller meals more frequently and include some duck, pork, kidney beans, oysters, whole meal grains, honey (particularly if constipated), moderate amounts of water (not liters upon liters daily), green leafy vegetables and perhaps a magnesium supplement.

- avoid alcohol, spicy foods, lamb, beef, sweets and candy and white (processed) grains.

- add small amounts of:

Prepared Rhemmania (Chinese foxglove root or Shu Di Huang),
Goji Berries (Gou Qi),
Ophiopogon (Mai Men Dong),
Ligusticum wallichii (Szechuan Lovage or Chuan Xiong) only in combination with the above, not on its own)
If you can purchase these in your area.

My recommendation is to find a Chinese herbal shop or supplier online and go from there.

Kidney Yin takes time to rebuild, it does not occur overnight but the results are worthwhile as Kidney Yin deificiency is at the root of Menopause symptoms, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, hearing loss and can contribute to stroke, heart attack and other serious medical conditions if left unattended for many years.

Alright. I've been working on changing up my diet and consuming healthier things so this helps a lot. :)

Thanks!
