this is important since i have difficulties visualizing anything else,

i keep seeing images of knife penetrating my body,eyes,face,and all over, i can never have good control over it at all too. they pop up at random constantly, and when ever i do begin visualizing they appear again to stab me, i do not feel any pain,

but these scare me often,
since i feel as if it might eventually lead to me being stabbed,

can anyone tell me if these visualizations are mine or someone elses?

also can anyone tell me if i have anything to worry about, like if these will eventually cause damage or pain?
