Also empower your throat chakra. Even though all chakras should be empowered.

So meditate on your clairaudience points.
Empower your throat chakra
And use the veil of Isis mantra.

Simply vibrate eeeeeessssssss-eeeeeeeeeessssss into your throat chakra or just focus on the mantra for the top 3 chakras/ for opening the mind for more psychic ability.
