High TLC

TLC is 10300 cum above normal range. The laboratory guy said I have infection in blood. 
Could be true?
Maybe I have infection in lungs that's why I've been coughing for almost a month and it spread to blood?
How can I treat this blood infection with a natural remedy? Maybe I'll have to go to hospital but I can't get admitted because of ongoing exams.

I would get another test somewhere else.
The count should be from 4000 - 11000That's normal range.
Also read online about the details if to high or to low those numbers.
If you got a cough try some honey but may still want a proper check on your lungs if don't help after some time.

But what test should be done to check for ling infection? They only do x-ray. As long as I took the prescribed meds for dry cough it was relieved but then it came back. I noticed every winter I get this kind of cough quick lasts for few weeks. But this started happening only last few years.

The dry cough may do to the weather change and or can be do to your dry air in your place.When you step outside with fresh air it changes no?
Have some honey and change the air in your place. Heat is great but can also effect the air to in the house or place.

The cough can also come from different things in your house from dust to your throat being sensitive.
I always have my window crack for I like fresh air against my heat other wise it gets dry for me and I don't like it.. 
Anyways I mean go to another doctor and get them test again, or another place complete. None the least if you got meds take it's course full course of course.

I went to a chest specialist. He didn't take any tests, but prescribed 5 day course meds. The meds working though. After five days I'd visit him again for check up. 
He should have taken tests. 
Then I went on my own for X-ray. The x-ray report was normal. But bronchitis..increased size or whatever it is. The laboratory guy told that it is normal to have it little increased because of cough.
