Sometimes when something seems “scary” or unsettling our reaction is to simply ignore and disregard it. They say ignorance is bliss, and while that may be true in some cases, when it comes to tackling our world’s challenges this doesn’t seem to be the case. Further, ignorance can be bliss, until it’s too late to pick up the pieces.
If we want to make our world a better place, we must shine light on the perceived “darkness” and transform these aspects of our world. Even if we don’t yet know what the solution is, identifying the what’s happening is of utmost importance.
That being said, sometimes the actual problem is hard to put your finger on. In many cases, what could actually be a problem is too much for some minds to comprehend or believe. Truth has the ability to change one’s perception of the world.
