I know what you mean at my university half of my professors are Yehuborim spewing lies. What I do is first clean my aura then visualise a black aura surrounding the Yehubor, since black absorbs, then visualise gray energy flowing into his/her heart chakra. You can send gray energy to any chakra but I believe the heart chakra to be the most effective. Also you should be confident that your aura is stronger than the Yehuborim because you dont want the energy to rebound and of course make sure you dont connect to the negative energy, picture it away from you and when you're done clean your aura again.
