Hi, first of all sorry for my english, I'm italian.

I'm not trying to push my belifs in here, i'm just a 17yo girl lookin for answers. it is not my intention to go against the home page rules.

I'm LaVeyan and I was wondering if I could get a real proof that satan exists. I mean, just look at christian religion compared to yours: they say they hold the truth, you say you hold the truth, they propose salvation, you propose salvation, they belive in miracles, you belive in "supernatural" spiritual powers; the only diference I could find is that they say one must have faith to perform miracles while you say satan will help when you need it ( "He comes to guide us when we get down, worried, or are experiencing problems*" ). So I was wondering: do you need to have faith in Satan in order to "feel" him when you get down? If yes, then it appears to me that none of you ( Satanists and chistians) can really prove the other one is wrong, it's just one's voice against the other's, playing Foucault's game. Meanwhile, if the answer to the question is "no, Satan can help you even if you dont realize/belive in it" then I would be very happy if someone could "open my eyes" and show me a tangible proof of Satan's existance.

The difference about the "truth" thing is that in Spiritual Satanism you get to find it out, you don't have faith on what a book says. You do your research and meditate, gain self-empowerment so you can contact and see the Demons and ask them. The difference between their salvation and ours is we save our own souls with power meditation, don't depend on others. There is difference between miracles and powers, you get to experience the powers if you meditate and xians have blind faith that "god dunnit" in a miracle. There is nothing "supernatural" for a long-term Satanist.

Yeah, Satan helps those who help themselves and teaches us to be independant from him, empower ourselves while he is only a guide, we don't depend on Him. "Faith" in a xian meaning doesn't exist in Satanism, we have faith on our abilities and use and nothing else. And again i think you are confusing many things, Satanism is LEARNING the truth instead of believing.

If you want proof of His existance, then open your astral senses with power meditation and you'll see and speak to him via telepathy. Thats the way you get to know. Most people are not astrally open. Or summon a God/Demon, many atheists that did that for fun had bad results and were confused bcuz they didn't believe that they are real.

Btw, did you know that Lavey believed in Satan as a real being?Read his book the Devil's notebook about that.

Also, read these pages from JoS site, it has scientific proof that the so-called "supernatural" and the human soul are real and info about many skeptics who had bad results from summoning Demons or doing Satanic rituals for kicks.

The most important difference between christianity and Original Paganism/Satanism is in Satanism you don't have blind faith or a slave morality and Satan doesn't like much people who view him as a tyrant like the christian "god" and do nothing to get power on their own. Many Spiritual Satanists also don't worhip Satan, they feel its very slavish and christian-like. And Satanism is about empowering yourself and becoming a god.

Satan also teaches independance, freedom and doing things for ourselves and in the same time haveing responsibility for our actions. A Satanist doesn't thank "god" or blame Satan for the good/bad things that happens like christians do. He doesn't pray to Satan every time he has a problem, but learns to take care of it on his own using magick. If Satan wanted us to worship him, have blind faith and depend on him all the time it wouldn't be different from christianity. And yes, He also encourages people to open their astral senses and talk to him first if they have doubts. And he encourages people to do their research from different sources to find the truth instead of accepting a bible as the ultimate truth.

So far, I didn't have any spiritual experiences with other religion other than Satanism. And by doing my research i found that Satanism is the original religion of humanity and is a term for the ancient Pagan religions.

So yeah, you should do more research, meditate and eventually you'll find the truth...And DON'T accept anything that you haven't experienced or researched, Satan agrees and encourages people to do that...
